I woke up at 7 today and I’m feeling rested. For the first time in a while, I can say that I had an amazing 8 hours night of sleep. As of the last few weeks, I felt very anxious and overwhelmed. I had a lot of work and a lot of stressful thoughts. There was simply too much on my plate.
But today feels different. It’s currently 7:52am and I am feeling just great. I am ready to start the week. I feel motivated, strong and ready to make the most out of this week. I don’t know why I’m having this feel great mood, but it feels just right. As of the first snow that fell down 2 days ago, I feel calm on the inside and grateful for where I am at.

Sleep early so you can start the next day off with energy
Do a little 20 minutes stretch whenever you need a little break (or in the morning, it feels awesome)
Drinks lots of water every day (2L and more)
Write three positive thoughts in the morning (or think about it)
Head into the week ready to take on whatever life throws at you.
Remind yourself what you’re thankful for, and focus on what you have already.
How you feel is more important than anything else. Take a break, breathe, step by step, day by day.
